Job Summary: Lead and supervise hydraulic assembly teams, overseeing installation, assembly, and testing stages to ensure quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. **(This position is open to Persons with Disabilities – PwD)** **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise hydraulic assembly teams, monitoring installation, assembly, and testing of hydraulic systems—including valves, pumps, cylinders, hoses, and fittings. * Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule requirements in the production process. * Monitor and analyze area performance indicators, proposing continuous process improvements. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production departments to ensure technical and operational alignment. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a supervisor and team leader. * Technical knowledge in hydraulic and mechanical assembly, including reading and interpreting hydraulic diagrams. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Willingness to work on-site in Monte Mor/SP. * Knowledge of cranes, cargo handling equipment, or road vehicle implements will be considered a plus. **Benefits:** \-On-site meal allowance; \-Medical insurance; \-Dental insurance; \-Pharmacy benefits; \-Profit-sharing program (PLR); \-Basic food basket; \-Shuttle service; \-Wellhub; \-Conexa Saúde; \-Life insurance; \-Educational partnership.
