Production Operator

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating fabric machinery, performing sewing, inspection, defect classification, and packaging; assisting other departments; and maintaining an organized workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Operating fabric winding and inspection machines. 2. Performing sewing, inspection, and defect classification on fabrics. 3. Working in compliance with safety and quality standards. Receive production orders from the fabric winding machine. Sort base fabrics according to production orders. Sew fabrics to form rolls and make them available for dyeing and printing departments. Operate the fabric inspection machine to inspect finished, dyed, and printed fabrics, cutting them to the length specified by the order while paying attention to fabric defects and identifying possible manufacturing defects. Classify fabric and knitwear defects related to manufacturing and finishing processes, according to predefined standards established by current regulations. Package fabrics and affix labels to rolls. Assist, when necessary, with operations of machinery in the dyeing, printing, and finishing departments. Organize and clean the workplace. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
