Job Summary: CNC Lathe Operator for part production, quality control, basic maintenance, and insert replacement, with emphasis on proactivity and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in CNC Lathe Operation 2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings 3. Practical experience with measuring instruments **Key Responsibilities:** * **CNC Lathe Operation:** Produce parts according to pre\-established programs. * **Quality Control:** Perform continuous measurements of produced parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure compliance with engineering drawings. * **Basic Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine and workstation (5S). * **Insert Replacement:** Replace cutting tools as wear is observed during production. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings. * Practical experience with measuring instruments (Caliper and Micrometer). * Proactive, punctual profile with focus on productivity and quality. * **Preferred Qualification:** Knowledge of specific controllers (Fanuc and Mach9\).
