Unlike fully automated processes, here at **Coldlab**, we value operators who understand metal behavior and master both manual and numerical (CNC) axis configuration to deliver parts with impeccable finish. **Key Responsibilities** * **CNC Operation:** Program bending coordinates directly on the machine control panel (X and R axis positioning). * **Manual Set\-up:** Select and assemble the appropriate tooling set (punch and die) for each sheet thickness and bending radius. * **Development Calculation:** Manually adjust bend allowances to ensure the final part conforms to the drawing. * **Stainless Steel Handling:** Ensure aesthetic care of parts (avoiding scratches and excessive marks), common in our laboratory products. **Requirements** * Experience with **Numerical Control (NC/CNC)** press brakes. * Proficiency in **Metrology** (calipers and protractors are your best friends). * Technical reading of mechanical drawings (essential). * Agility in handling diversified production (small and medium batches). **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic trigonometry knowledge applied to bending. * Prior experience in medical equipment, laboratory equipment, or food industry manufacturing.
