From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our mission is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Key Responsibilities**: * Support occupational safety and environmental technicians in their activities; * Perform administrative tasks within the EHS department; * Assist in achieving EHS system strategic goals and objectives by defining and monitoring performance indicators, and evaluating and implementing necessary preventive or corrective actions to meet planned results. * Assist in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental legislation by identifying its applicability to the company’s business operations. * Assist in analyzing, standardizing, formalizing, and executing applicable procedures across departments, enabling systematic EHS management through review and analysis of existing procedures across all organizational areas. * Support internal and external audit activities related to EHS management procedures, acting as an agent of change to ensure alignment with applicable standards and procedures. * Analyze, investigate, and record occupational accidents/illnesses, taking legally required actions to prevent recurrence and correct unhealthy conditions causing such illnesses. * Support training programs on occupational safety, including awareness and dissemination of safety regulations, aiming to foster a preventive safety mindset among employees. * Assist in worker use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and recommend and inspect fire protection equipment when conditions require, to reduce risks to worker safety and physical integrity. * Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE), and recommend and inspect fire protection equipment when conditions require, to reduce risks to worker safety and physical integrity. * Use PPE when necessary; * Shadow the EHS analyst and Occupational Safety and Environmental Technician for learning; 11\.
