Customer guidance on CCTV systems We are looking for a professional to join our team as a **CCTV Technician**. The ideal candidate must possess technical and practical knowledge of electronic security systems, with emphasis on the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of surveillance cameras and related equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure CCTV systems (security cameras, DVRs, NVRs, switches, etc.). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV equipment. * Conduct analysis and diagnostics of failures in monitoring systems. * Configure and optimize networks for camera systems. * Guide customers on the proper operation and use of CCTV systems. * Support the implementation of CCTV projects for new clients. * Ensure security systems operate correctly and comply with applicable standards and regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role. * Knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems. * Familiarity with IP and analog cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. * Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, switches, routers). * Ability to read and interpret electrical and network diagrams. * Capability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Availability for occasional on-call shifts and off-site services. * Technical or higher education in electronics, telecommunications, or related fields (preferred). * HOLD CFT CERTIFICATION **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certification in CCTV or related areas. * Knowledge of other electronic security systems, such as alarms and access control. * HOLD CFT CERTIFICATION Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
