Monitor performance indicators and ensure compliance **Infrastructure Coordinator** **CPFL Infra** **Work Location:** Indaiatuba/SP and Campinas/SP **Work Model:** On-site **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Indaiatuba/SP, with frequent visits to Campinas/SP; * Relevant professional experience required; * Experience in people management required; * Knowledge of real estate law and environmental legislation is desirable; * English proficiency is desirable. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Coordinate all activities related to or arising from real estate operations, including acquisition, sale, leasing, assignment, loan, exchange, etc. * Manage the real estate portfolio of all companies within the CPFL Group, particularly owned properties linked to distribution, transmission, and power generation operations; * Ensure document compliance with public agencies and real estate registries for both urban and rural properties; * Manage service contracts for asset valuation, document regularization, topographic surveys—including georeferenced surveys—monitoring deliveries and ensuring adherence to agreed service levels; * Ensure acquisition and renewal of legal licenses and authorizations, such as operating permits, Fire Department Inspection Certificates (AVCB), Fire Prevention and Protection Plans (PPCI), and other regulatory requirements applicable to facilities; * Lead the area’s technical and operational team, promoting professional development, safety culture, and service excellence; * Prepare presentations, management reports, and technical opinions to support leadership with strategic information for decision-making and investment planning; * Monitor infrastructure performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, applicable laws and regulations, and corporate policies, safeguarding physical integrity of facilities and institutional reputation. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory services for psychological, legal, financial, social, and speech therapy support). **About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric energy sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
