We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage process capability and critical process parameters affecting quality (SPC), proposing action plans for deviations; * Perform validation of critical process equipment (densitometer, infrared, sulfonic meter, etc.) according to the correct frequency; * Lead investigations of process quality incidents, manage action plans, and lead improvement proposals to prevent recurrence; * Lead projects aimed at eliminating root causes of process quality incidents; * Propose governance improvements in indicator management, reducing time spent on activities; * Propose improvements to current quality systems and development of applications, Power BI, etc.; * Support operations and manufacturing in creating/revising procedures impacting product quality; * Manage consumer complaint indicators and interface with R&D and T&E teams, feeding key consumer feedback regarding our products into relevant areas; * Interface with the quality laboratory to propose analytical improvements and support incident investigations; * Investigate raw material deviations related to the process and coordinate action plans with suppliers (Incident E); **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Chemical, Mechanical or Production Engineering, or similar fields); * Knowledge of statistics and data analysis; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Experience in manufacturing, R&D, TIM, or Quality areas; * Experience in a factory environment; *Skills:* * Effective communication * Teamwork * Dynamism * Initiative * Influence * Creativity * Curiosity and ownership * Leadership * Logical reasoning **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Microsoft tools (Power BI/Apps/Automate); * SAP knowledge; * English/Spanish. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.**We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
