In the meantime, keep your information updated and complete all online testing stages so we can get to know you better. ***Important: we do not charge any fees during our selection processes.*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead and supervise the nursing team by monitoring the performance of employees under their responsibility, motivating the team to ensure excellence in activities performed and maintaining good relationships with other units, teams, and departments; * Monitor appropriate staffing levels considering the number of beds and the clinical complexity of patients; · * Monitor vacancy replacements and their impact on the quality of care provided; * Evaluate, propose, and schedule staff dismissals, service relocations, and employee transfers; * Actively participate in the entire hiring process for employees within their area; * Propose solutions for situational diagnoses in accordance with safety and clinical excellence guidelines; * Ensure the correct use and optimization of human, financial, material, and technological resources available in their area; * Evaluate the development of human resources within their team through training initiatives and periodic performance evaluations and feedback; * Identify training and qualification needs for their employees to ensure effective participation in internal training programs and encourage external development; * Present and participate in monthly meetings with the management group of their area's processes to evaluate results and decide on improvement actions; · * Monitor, control, and propose actions to manage personnel costs in their areas; * Determine potential risks associated with area activities by analyzing their respective causes, probable effects, and approving appropriate safety measures to achieve minimal incident levels in collaboration with the Nursing Management; * Train nurses under their supervision to ensure quality and excellence in care according to professional nursing standards and institutional policies; * Manage operational indicators and coordinate interventions while monitoring recommended solutions; * Collaboratively participate with the multidisciplinary team in planning patient care; * Evaluate the performance of employees under their responsibility; * Comply with and enforce the rules and routines established by the nursing service, as well as the institution's internal regulations; · * Receive, analyze, and identify necessary actions regarding customer feedback from satisfaction surveys. **Requirements and qualifications** If you want to achieve outstanding results with people who dream big, work together, and grow collectively, our corporate area is the right place for you.
