Job Summary: The Systems Supervisor I supervises the IT team, manages critical corporate systems, supports users, and ensures information security, aligning with departmental goals. The Systems Supervisor I is responsible for supervising the IT team by organizing activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with departmental goals. This role is accountable for managing, maintaining, and evolving critical corporate systems; supporting team members and users in the proper use of tools; gathering requirements from business units; and ensuring the security and integrity of information. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the IT systems team by organizing activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution to ensure quality, deadlines, and alignment with departmental goals; * Manage, maintain, and evolve corporate systems, such as CRM, toll management systems, traffic monitoring systems, user support systems, highway maintenance systems, and other critical integrated systems; * Plan and coordinate system improvements and updates, coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure performance, security, and compliance with legal requirements; * Gather requirements from business units, translating operational, administrative, financial, and engineering needs into technical specifications for system development or customization; * Manage contracts and vendor relationships for software, monitoring SLAs, technical support, licenses, and renewals; * Ensure the integrity, availability, and security of systems and data, aligning backup, recovery, and update practices with the company's information security policy; * Support and guide key users and other departments in the proper use of systems, delivering training sessions, developing manuals, or defining workflows; * Monitor systems department performance indicators, generating management reports and proposing continuous improvements; * Collaborate with infrastructure and technical support teams to ensure integration among systems, networks, servers, and databases; * Participate in internal or external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations for the concessions sector; * Promote the technical development of the team by supporting training, best practices, and knowledge updates on technologies and industry trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; Information Systems; Information Technology; Engineering; or related fields; * Proven experience in managing and sustaining critical corporate systems (ERP, Operating Systems, Legacy Systems, and Integrations); * Experience in mission-critical environments requiring high availability and having a direct impact on operations (e.g., concessions, manufacturing, logistics); * Solid knowledge of requirements gathering and process analysis; * Solid knowledge of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL in practice); * Solid knowledge of system integrations (APIs, Web services, ETL); * Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar); **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Programming language proficiency; * Practical knowledge of TOTVS systems, including Protheus, Fluig, RM, and TCOP, with capability in maintenance, configuration, and integration; * Prior experience in concessionaires, infrastructure, highways, or regulated services; * Knowledge of IT governance (COBIT, advanced ITIL, indicator and KPI management); * Experience with revenue collection, traffic, maintenance, user support, or highway operation systems; * Familiarity with system architecture, microservices, and cloud (Azure, TCLOU); * Experience managing technical teams or functional supervision; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied to system maintenance and evolution; **Additional Information** Competitive salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance plan extendable to dependents; Dental insurance plan extendable to dependents; Life insurance; Childcare assistance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Private pension plan; Birthday leave; Gym allowance; Partnership with secondary education institutions (EJA), higher education, and postgraduate programs; English language school partnership; Sports incentive program; Pharmacy partnership; Psychological counseling; Employee referral program; Nova Rota do Oeste is the concessionaire responsible for the 850.9 km stretch of BR-163 between Itiquira (MT) and Sinop (MT).
