Job Summary: The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting on-site audits across all areas of Grupo Gazin, evaluating process compliance and mitigating risks. Key Highlights: 1. Prevent and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks **Job Description:** ---------------------- The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting on-site audits across all areas of Grupo Gazin, with a focus on: performing on-site audits at retail stores, distribution centers (CDs), technical assistance units, and industrial units; assessing the compliance of operational and administrative processes with internal standards and regulatory requirements; identifying failures, deviations, or opportunities for improvement in internal controls; preventing and mitigating operational, financial, and compliance risks; monitoring the implementation of action plans resulting from conducted audits; evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to company policies; investigating risk situations, inconsistencies, fraud, or non-conformities; contributing to the development of improvement recommendations for audited processes; preparing audit reports and presenting findings to responsible departments and leadership, including objective and actionable recommendations; maintaining organized and up-to-date records for each audit performed; contributing to process standardization and fostering a culture of compliance within Grupo Gazin. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields; Knowledge of internal control standards, risk management, and corporate policies; Analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication ability; Willingness to relocate and travel frequently, with on-site presence required across multiple locations; Ethical conduct, impartiality, and results-oriented mindset. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Specialization in Auditing, Compliance, or Internal Controls is desirable but not mandatory; Experience in internal or external auditing (minimum 2 years) is desirable but not mandatory. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- From a small store opened in 1966 in Douradina-PR to a large enterprise with over 9,000 talents serving segments including Wholesale, Consortia, Insurance, Travel, Agribusiness, Industry, E-commerce, Banking, Tech, and Retail — and ranked among the largest and best companies to work for by renowned institutes (GPTW, VALOR CARREIRA, FIA, among others) — Gazin transforms families, proudly embracing its Brazilian identity and its people!
