We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Engineer specializing in GenAI, passionate about innovation and revolutionizing how we process and deliver data. If you want to apply generative AI to accelerate the Data Development Life Cycle (DDLC), building automations spanning from ingestion (ETL) to visualization, this role is for you. Here, your mission will be to develop intelligent agents acting as copilots for our data team, enhancing utilization of the Azure ecosystem (Databricks, Fabric, ADF). **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement GenAI-based solutions that optimize critical stages of the DDLC (Data Development Life Cycle). * Develop agents serving as assistants in creating Databricks notebooks, ADF pipelines, and structures in MS Fabric. * Create workflows integrating LLMs into our ecosystem (SQL Server and Power BI), automating tasks such as data documentation and DAX measure creation. * Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to ensure AI generates optimized, secure, and performant PySpark and T-SQL code. * Define quality metrics to validate AI-generated artifacts (e.g., ensuring efficiency of generated queries). * Ensure alignment of solutions with Data Governance, security, and privacy practices. * Stay up to date on AI capabilities within Microsoft Fabric and Databricks to maximize use of native tools versus custom development. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Solid experience in Data Engineering and deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines applied to data. **Hands-on experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks is required** (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen). * Technical proficiency in the Azure Data ecosystem (Databricks, Data Factory, and Fabric) and SQL and Python/PySpark languages. * **Practical experience building GenAI solutions is essential** (OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, or Open Source Models), with a focus on prompt engineering. * Ability to translate business challenges into agents capable of assisting with data modeling and dashboard development. * DataOps mindset: understanding that data requires testing, versioning, and monitoring. **Differentiators:** * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its AI integration capabilities. * Experience with Unity Catalog and data governance. * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to build assistants leveraging internal technical documentation. * Azure Data Engineer or AI Engineer certifications. **Our benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal and food allowances; * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnerships with gyms and health & wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass, TotalPass); * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to promoting physical, mental, and overall well-being; * Pregnancy and responsible parenting course; * Partnerships with online learning platforms; * Language learning platform; * And many more.
