Actively contribute to engineering best practices and technical quality **Job Description:** **About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Fullstack Developer** to support and evolve **automation portals**, focusing on integrating services, ensuring workflow stability, and delivering robust and scalable solutions. This person will be responsible for designing modern backend architectures, implementing efficient services, supporting incident analysis, and actively contributing to engineering best practices and technical quality. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain backend services ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. * Implement integrations between automation portals and multiple internal and external systems. * Support the evolution of portals (built with Angular) by developing APIs and services that enable new features and user journeys. * Conduct incident analysis and resolution, ensuring end-to-end traceability and preventive actions. * Create and maintain automated tests (unit and integration), and contribute to code reviews. * Collaborate on architecture design and observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing). * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, performance optimization, and technical standardization. * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent evolution of automation portals. **Required Qualifications** * Experience integrating with Angular frontends via REST APIs. * Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Java, .NET, or equivalent languages. * Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling. * Experience with distributed systems, including caching, queues, messaging, fault tolerance, and resilience best practices. * Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines. * Familiarity with Git and collaboration via PRs and code reviews. * Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, New Relic, or similar). * Ability to independently manage complex deliverables. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with automation portals or similar platforms. * Experience with messaging/event-driven systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, etc.). * Knowledge of microservices-based architecture. * Experience with performance improvement and cost optimization. * Participation in legacy migration or application modernization projects. **Job Information** * Hybrid model | Alphaville-SP or Barra Funda-SP * PJ contract **Location****Contract Type****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR PJ Freelance Hybrid
