This leadership will be critical to ensuring excellence in analytical deliverables, information governance, and establishing the team as a trusted advisory reference within the agency. Experience with measurement tools, data automation, and data visualization is essential, as is familiarity with media and digital marketing environments. Let’s go? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead one of the BI fronts, promoting technical development, strategic use of data, and implementation of AI-powered solutions; * Manage, review, and enhance analytics deliverables, dashboards, and performance reports—incorporating automation and predictive insights; * Serve as the focal point for clients and internal teams, aligning business needs with data- and AI-driven solutions; * Plan team allocation and organization, ensuring productivity, quality, deadlines, and continuous technical growth; * Implement measurement processes, data automation, AI usage, and information governance; * Ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability of information extracted from multiple sources (GA, media, APIs, databases, etc.); * Identify opportunities for AI application to optimize analytics, performance, predictive modeling, and operational efficiency; * Participate in planning rituals, contributing BI, data, and AI perspectives to the project roadmap and opportunity pipeline. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in BI, data, and digital performance; * Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, and SQL; * Knowledge of digital media and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DV360; * Experience integrating data via APIs and automation (e.g., Supermetrics, Firebase); * Practical experience applying AI or machine learning in data, analytics, automation, or performance optimization contexts; * Ability to structure data governance processes and support team technical development; * Familiarity with cloud environments and Big Data concepts (e.g., BigQuery); **Additional Information** **Health covered:** Medical and dental assistance for you and your family. **Your meal, your choice:** Meal/voucher allowance (iFood Benefícios) of R$46.00 per day for quality and convenient meals.
