We are seeking a Senior PCP Assistant to join our team in a welcoming and dynamic environment. Here, respect, collaboration, and professional development go hand in hand! **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18. **Required Competencies:** **Excel/Spreadsheets (Intermediate to Advanced):** Essential for updating productivity and efficiency spreadsheets and preparing reports. **Stopwatch/Measurement Tools:** Familiarity with stopwatch usage and timing techniques. **Production Processes:** Understanding of production flows, line balancing, and continuous improvement. **Factory Floor Experience:** Prior experience in an industrial environment, preferably in production or quality areas. **Analytical Profile:** Ability to observe production, identify bottlenecks, and wasted time. **Communication Skills:** Strong communication skills to interact with operators and production managers. **Attention to Detail:** Accuracy in time measurement **Responsibilities:** Time operations on the factory floor. Update productivity and efficiency metrics. Assist in developing work instructions. Support continuous improvement studies.
