Act as an educator and promoter of a prevention-focused SSMA culture; Contribute to achieving service-level targets and performance goals; Contribute to annual planning and sizing of materials, supplies, equipment, and machinery to define priorities; Build, analyze, and monitor KPIs, updating the results dashboard through visual management; Contribute to and inspect, as required, service delivery discrepancies; identify and develop improvements; create action plans; and present indicators; Build, apply, and evaluate, as required, MRP replenishment and usage for MRO items, demand curve analysis; Prepare/inspect spreadsheets and reports analyzing internal customer service levels, identifying discrepancies, and proposing solutions based on internal procedures; Monitor inventory management information, including goods receipt and dispatch entries; Contribute, as required, to inspecting the integrity of goods receipt information entered into the system; Inspect the control spreadsheet for items with expiration dates, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations; Provide technical information for warehouse material layout planning, applying storage standards and techniques to ensure workflow efficiency; Monitor item consumption to identify obsolete items and implement appropriate actions jointly with the Warehouse Manager, per internal standards and regulations; Track returned materials and related handling actions, identify process failures, implement corrective measures, and develop/revise internal procedures; Contribute to team development regarding problem/divergence resolution, updating the visual management dashboard; Support control of material and warehousing costs; Contribute to developing shift work schedules and defining tasks to be performed; Monitor employee attendance, overtime hours, days off, and vacation schedules; Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities.
