Participating in courses and training programs for professional development **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be informed during the interview **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform basic mechanical inspection and maintenance on agricultural machinery and implements. * Conduct basic inspections on machinery to identify potential issues and wear. * Assist in replacing worn, damaged, or defective parts under supervision. * Support and assist more experienced mechanics in carrying out maintenance and repair tasks. * Maintain workplace organization by cleaning and preserving work areas, tools, devices, machines, and equipment to comply with the program. * Attend meetings when summoned by the immediate supervisor, staying informed about established needs and goals, reporting on activities and work results, and informing about any incidents or potential issues. * Participate in lectures, courses, and internal training programs offered by the company to acquire additional knowledge for efficient and effective task execution. Comply with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards, performing tasks according to defined procedures to prevent accidents and environmental impacts. * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Valid driver's license (CNH). * Proven experience documented in employment record.
