From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Work across various production sectors, supporting the Supervisor in team organization and guidance, monitoring process variables and addressing deviations, mapping and eliminating waste, elevating standards through people, and actively participating in CIQs and COPs. * Possess the skills to perform these functions and assist in disseminating knowledge of activities carried out by Operators I, II, and III. * Comply with the guidelines established in BRF’s Sustainability Policy, ensuring adherence to BRF’s Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote management, achievement of indicators, and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments of the Company, thereby ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. * Comply with the guidelines established in BRF’s Quality Policy, ensuring compliance with legislation and process requirements impacting food quality and safety—core pillars of our business management. * Promote sustainability culture, encouraging team members to advance management practices, meet indicators, and fulfill the Company’s global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, thus ensuring alignment between the organization’s strategic vision and the strategic vision of the business area for sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
