From the simplest moments to the most special ones, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Work across various production sectors, supporting the Supervisor in organizing and guiding teams, monitoring process variables and addressing deviations, mapping and eliminating losses, elevating standards through people, and actively participating in CIQs and COPs. * Possess the skills to perform the functions and assist in disseminating knowledge of activities carried out by Operators I, II, and III. * Comply with the guidelines established in BRF’s Sustainability Policy, ensuring adherence to BRF’s Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote management, achievement of indicators, and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. * Comply with the guidelines established in BRF’s Quality Policy, ensuring compliance with legislation and process requirements impacting food quality and safety, which are paramount to managing our business. * Promote sustainability culture, encouraging team members to drive management, meet indicators, and fulfill the Company’s global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, ensuring alignment between the organization’s strategic vision and the strategic vision of their business area for sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
