




Job Summary: Operates steam and cooling production processes, performing measurements, chemical treatment, and monitoring of chemicals and water and effluent treatment plants. Key Highlights: 1. Preparing reports on incidents and production data Operates low-complexity steam production and cooling system processes, carrying out technical activities including measurement, chemical treatment, and monitoring of chemicals and the water and effluent treatment plant, thereby ensuring proper operation of machinery and equipment and departmental productivity. **Responsibilities and Duties** Measure chemical dosages and calculate concentrations; Complete forms, checklists, and other similar documents; Operate pumping systems and control the operation of stationary machinery; Prepare machinery and equipment for operation and monitor boiler operation and water quality with limited autonomy; Operate boilers, cooling towers, chillers, water treatment plants, and effluent treatment plants with limited autonomy; Handle chemicals used in the plant's water treatment; Treat water to ensure its suitability for various plant purposes; Monitor water quality and adjust water treatment equipment; Conduct daily inspections of departmental equipment to identify potential failures and report them to the Utilities team leader and supervisor; Prepare shift incident reports and hand over information to the next shift; Prepare reports containing steam production data, water production data, chemical treatment data, and machine downtime hours for performance tracking and control of machinery and overall production; Carry out all planned production activities and report difficulties to the immediate supervisor; Identify and assess causes of equipment malfunction to arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible; Maintain organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of work areas to ensure a safe and conducive working environment; Perform input testing in the process and provide critical assessment; Perform job-related tasks in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities; responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Uphold discipline in the 5S program, aiming for workplace safety through organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Orienteme – Online therapy platform; Galena – Online learning platform; Wellhub – Gym assistance; Transportation; On-site meals; Profit-sharing program (PPR).
