




Exercise technical leadership over the control of technical materials receipts in coordination with project and engineering departments, document identified deviations, and manage the implementation of action plans. Actively monitor new material purchase requests with focus on schedules and identification of potential impacts, assist decision-making processes focusing on the contribution margin of the production process and new investments; establish stock level points according to business rules, facilitate inventory routines, issue and analyze periodic reports on stock levels; develop new management tools and technological solutions aimed at improving materials management performance and reducing costs, conduct field surveys and compare material requirements to minimize risks of material surplus. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for providing technical leadership in controlling material receipts in collaboration with project and engineering departments, actively monitoring requests and schedules to prevent production impacts. Supports strategic decisions focused on contribution margin and investments, as well as defining stock levels according to business rules. Coordinates inventories, validates invoices for monthly closing, and issues periodic stock reports, proposing corrective actions in cases of excess inventory. Develops management tools and technological solutions to optimize costs and efficiency. Conducts field assessments to align actual demand and prevent material surplus. Leads strategic projects involving multiple departments, monitors high-value purchases, and participates in technical analyses. Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), defines action plans, and stays updated on industry policies and regulations.
