Support for traceability and integrity of materials Responsible for controlling, requisitioning, and monitoring materials and equipment applied on site, ensuring compliance with the project, timely availability, and technical conformity. Acts in a preventive and resolution-oriented manner, with operational autonomy and direct responsibility for the performance of materials control on the construction front. **Responsibilities and Duties** Control the complete flow of materials and equipment, from requisition to final application; Execute requisitions, monitor deliveries, and perform material write-offs; Validate material lists issued by Engineering for completeness and compliance; Monitor purchase timelines and status with Procurement; Monitor inventories, consumption, surplus, and returns; Proactively identify risks of material shortages or overstocking; Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to materials; Formalize notifications to third parties regarding improper storage and preservation practices; Update corporate systems and prepare materials reports and indicators; Support the Supervisor and Senior Analyst in materials traceability and integrity; Comply with and enforce SSMA and 5S standards.
