Focus on quality and efficiency **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6x2 shift rotation \- Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT * Directly participate in the product manufacturing process, supporting efficient, safe, and quality-compliant operations as established by the company; * Operate, adjust, and monitor the functioning of production machinery and equipment, ensuring proper operation within predefined parameters; * Conduct periodic inspections during production to verify product quality; monitor various stages of the production process to ensure workflow proceeds as planned and without interruptions; Identify faults or irregularities in processes and machinery and, when necessary, record production-related notes, logging data such as quantity produced, operating time, downtime, and possible incidents; ensure production proceeds efficiently, safely, and within required quality standards; maintain clean and organized work areas and machinery; * **Requirements:** * Completed High School education.
