Main Responsibilities • Assist in preparing cakes, sweets, pies, and cookies; • Support the production of doughs, fillings, and toppings; • Sort and organize ingredients according to recipes; • Assist in decorating and finalizing products; • Maintain a clean and organized workplace; • Perform sanitation of utensils and equipment; • Assist in food storage and preservation. Basic Knowledge • Basic knowledge of pastry making; • Use of measurements (recipes, scales, and utensils); • Basic food hygiene and handling practices; • Kitchen organization and supply control. Requirements • Completed high school education; • Pastry-related coursework or interest in learning pastry making is preferred.
