Job Summary: Lead steam generation, water treatment, and biomass conveyor belt operations, developing the team with a focus on safety, excellence, and industrial targets. Key Highlights: 1. Lead steam generation, water treatment, and biomass conveyor circuit operations. Act as a team development agent, promoting training, standardization, and operational excellence. Work with a focus on safety, technical performance, resource efficiency, and achievement of industrial targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for ensuring efficient operation of industrial utility systems, including boilers, pumps, cooling towers, chillers, water and effluent treatment systems, and biomass conveyor belts feeding the boilers. Monitor startup, shutdown, and fault correction operations, providing technical guidance to the team and ensuring safe and efficient practices. Also perform task planning and assignment, monitor operational indicators, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Participate in preventive maintenance of equipment, monitor operator performance, and encourage compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards—including NR\-13 and the 5S program—ensuring organization, operational continuity, and preservation of company equipment and resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; Relevant experience preferred; Flexible working hours. **Additional Information** Profit-sharing program (PPR); Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Life insurance; Meal allowance; Shuttle service; On-site meals; Wellhub; Orienteme; Galena.
