Job Summary:
The professional will work as an electrician, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on distribution networks, electrical installations, and equipment, following a paid training period.

**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** During training: Monday to Friday, 07:30–11:30 and 13:30–17:30; thereafter, rotating shift
**Level:** Not Informed

Initially, candidates will undergo a selection process; if approved at all stages, they will be hired as electrician assistants and undergo a 3-month paid training program (during these 3 months, they will receive salary and benefits; training occurs during regular working hours, meaning they are employed and receive proper field training to perform duties after these 3 months).
After completing the training and becoming qualified electricians, the following responsibilities and duties apply:
* Perform preventive maintenance on the distribution network.
* Carry out preventive maintenance according to procedures and technical standards.
* Analyze tasks to be performed to select appropriate materials.
* Meet pre-established deadlines.
* Properly complete Work Orders according to regulations.
* Visually inspect physical conditions of distribution networks and lines.
* Follow prescribed sequences for opening and closing equipment.
* Perform necessary corrections on distribution networks.
* Repair electrical installations and auxiliary equipment for protection in building installations and substation yards.
* Operate switches and equipment in distribution systems to isolate sections of the electrical system for maintenance or expansion work.
* Inspect equipment.
* Operate distribution switches and equipment per operational procedures.
* Report irregularities found in distribution networks to the COD (Control Operations Department).
* Connect, disconnect, install/remove, and replace energy meters and auxiliary equipment (CT/VT), and inspect consumer units.
* Operate switches and equipment in unattended substations per operational procedures and commands issued by COD/COS (Control Operations Center) operators.
* Inspect substation equipment.
* Prepare reports on the operational status of substations.
* Install/remove and replace public lighting lamps and auxiliary equipment.
* Install/remove and replace public lighting arms.
* Verify connections in distribution networks.
* Prepare distribution network sketches to feed the SGD (Geographic Information System).
* Report irregularities detected during field inspections to the COD/COS.
* Accurately complete distribution network inspection forms.
* Test equipment functionality per technical standards.
* Safely and appropriately restore and expand low-voltage electrical installations in substations.
* Drive vehicles, maintaining them in good condition, complying with the National Traffic Code and internal regulations, avoiding incompatible speeds, abrupt braking or maneuvers, and safeguarding company materials and equipment.
* Conduct distribution network inspections to ensure continuous power supply or restoration of the system under failure conditions.
* Report irregularities detected during field inspections to the COD/COS; • Accurately complete distribution network inspection forms.
* Test equipment functionality per technical standards.
* Safely and appropriately restore and expand low-voltage electrical installations in substations.
* Drive vehicles, maintaining them in good condition, complying with the National Traffic Code and internal regulations, avoiding incompatible speeds, abrupt braking or maneuvers, and safeguarding company materials and equipment.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B;
* No experience required in the field.
