




Job Summary: Store manager responsible for leading the team, managing sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and all administrative activities to ensure business success. Key Highlights: 1. Development of commercial strategies and team training. Manage the team with a focus on service quality, monitoring and supervising customer interactions. Manage the departmental team: hiring, scheduling, vacations, development plans, performance tracking, feedback, conflict resolution, etc. Strategically manage the team by monitoring sales results, providing feedback to redirect performance and outcomes to ensure goal achievement. Manage store visual merchandising, adhering to company-established standards. Plan and execute the commercial action schedule, developing strategies to achieve and boost store performance. Plan and conduct training sessions and initiatives to enhance team performance and motivation, refining the team’s focus on results. Perform cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation according to company-defined procedures. Manage store product pricing, ensuring price tags and promotions follow the company’s standard format. Make bank deposits related to cash register operations, following company-defined procedures. Prepare and submit managerial expense reports for financial department accountability. Perform strategic inventory adjustments for the store, monitoring product turnover, ABC analysis, goods receipt timelines, promotions, and other factors. Monitor goods receipt and restocking according to company-defined procedures. Plan and implement preventive actions to monitor and control product expiration dates. Manage other store administrative tasks: product exchanges, customer refunds, employee vouchers, invoice issuance, among others. Execute company security procedures for cash and deposit bag storage, ensuring proper usage and accountability to relevant departments. Establish an active networking system with brand representatives and promoters to foster strategic partnerships. Monitor validity dates of store operating permits (fire department, health surveillance, fire extinguishers). Manage internal and external conflicts impartially and empathetically as needed, maintaining a harmonious organizational climate for employees and customers. Report relevant situations and demands within the area to the direct manager. Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulations, and safeguard confidential information. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Retail sales experience preferred. Knowledge required in: Commercial Management. Commercial Strategy.
