During the program, the apprentice will have the opportunity to study topics related to the labor market and also learn firsthand the reality of a corporate organization. **Sicredi Ouro Verde Cooperative \- Centro Branch \- Nova Mutum/MT** **Responsibilities and Duties** The young apprentice will be responsible for attending the **theoretical classes delivered** by Sicredi’s partner educational institution on the scheduled days and times. **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** (Monday through Friday), with one day per week reserved for theoretical classes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek young individuals with initiative, a cooperative spirit, energy, and a willingness to learn and grow with us:** * Must attend theoretical training. * Must be between 14 and 24 years old. * Must be enrolled in, or have completed, high school. * Must possess a Work and Social Security Card (CTPS), ID card (RG), and CPF. * Basic knowledge of Office tools, especially Word and Excel. **Additional Information** Regarding the compensation and benefits package at **Sicredi Ouro Verde MT**, you will receive: Apprenticeship stipend Meal and/or food allowance of R$1\.101,23 via Alelo.
