Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing cleaning, organization, and maintenance services across various areas of the company, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Clean and organize rooms, restrooms, and common areas. 2. Manage cleaning supplies and consumables. 3. Maintain and preserve materials and equipment. **Description:** INCOMPLETE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION; Respond to service requests of diverse nature, using specific tools for each task; Clean and organize rooms and workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, pantries, kitchens, courtyards, sidewalks, and other company areas; Clean furniture, floors, carpets/rugs, and/or other items relevant to environmental organization; Clean walls, windows, and doors, including specialized glass cleaning; Monitor cleaning materials used and replenish them as needed; Clean and organize the kitchen and pantry, as well as perform all related tasks such as preparing coffee, tea, and managing and replenishing consumables; Perform pantry services and replenish consumables specifically designated for executive/director offices; Clean and organize all items assigned to executive and director offices, including towel washing and PPE cleaning; Direct waste and debris from workspaces to appropriate collection points, complying with environmental regulations and requirements; Maintain and care for indoor plants; Preserve materials, utensils, and equipment under one's responsibility, including keeping the workplace clean, organized, and well-maintained while observing occupational safety standards and following instructions according to performed activities; Carry out job responsibilities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental procedures and standards, and consistently use all mandatory PPE during job-related and departmental activities; promptly report to one’s immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of colleagues; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Uphold the 5S program discipline, aiming for a safe workplace through sustained organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company property under one's responsibility and promptly inform one’s immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected. 251128020219390770
