**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment regime:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Identify business opportunities during interactions with existing or potential clients. * Offer products and services according to each client's needs. * Market existing portfolio products and services, as well as perform other routine frontline customer service tasks. * Prospect new clients and new business opportunities that benefit the cooperative, its members, and the community. * Manage the client portfolio under your responsibility. * Support the branch manager in conducting processes. * Provide personalized, high-quality service to clients within your portfolio. * Expand the client's relationship with the branch by seeking business opportunities aligned with each cooperative member's profile. * Provide documentation for internal and external audit review upon request. * Collect overdue payments: verify incidents, contact clients, seek solutions until process completion, positively contributing to business results. * Assist clients in regularizing their outstanding debts. * Formalize approved debt restructuring proposals. * Support management with information on significant overdue amounts requiring legal action, per Internal Policy. * Other related activities. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of cooperative financial institutions. * Knowledge of financial products and services. * Knowledge of sales techniques. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques. * Knowledge of financial mathematics. * ANBIMA CPA 10 certification. **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Gympass, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Transportation voucher
