About the job Our Access team in Specialized Nutrition is seeking a Junior Field Access Manager who will be responsible for leading visits and meetings regarding the Specialized Nutrition portfolio with strategic stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: * Establishing and maintaining relationships with health insurance providers to ensure coverage of medications, technologies, and treatment protocols. * Negotiating and expanding access to healthcare products and services, aligning with coverage and reimbursement policies. * Collaborating with hospitals and healthcare institutions to facilitate adoption of new technologies, medications, and therapeutic protocols. * Partnering with internal teams (medical, commercial, and product) to align access strategies, develop value propositions, and resolve coverage and reimbursement-related issues. * Engaging with diverse stakeholders across the public and private healthcare system to promote integration of innovative solutions and ensure equitable and sustainable access. * Working jointly with Regional Health Departments (DRS) to facilitate access to medications, technologies, and health protocols within the regions under management. * Supporting implementation of public health policies and programs that broaden population access to innovative treatments. About you * Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields, administration, or related disciplines. * Experience in negotiation and access management for medications and health technologies. * In-depth knowledge of health insurance providers’ coverage and reimbursement policies. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strategic partnerships. * Ability to work collaboratively across internal departments. * Strategic mindset to develop and implement innovative protocols and solutions. * Familiarity with ANS regulations and other healthcare providers’ requirements. * Minimum intermediate English proficiency (advanced/fluent English is a plus). * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to conduct field activities in the Greater São Paulo metropolitan area and interior regions.
