Handle medium-complexity processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing changes. Lead projects within your area of responsibility. Analyze data/information and prepare studies to support decision-making. Develop PowerBI dashboards for KPI management within the department. Handle the following processes: management of KPIs related to the company’s feed and premix operations; project status reporting within the department; management of the department’s costs. Manage local participation in training programs (SEO, BRF Academy, LinkedIn Learning, getAbstract). Participate in planning, management, and results meetings (Management Goals Check for Feed, Premix, and Agribusiness Engineering) by contributing information and materials. Interact with other departments within CIEX Agribusiness and with Agribusiness Supervisions and Departments across units. Support internal and external audits.
