Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and duties** * Oversee all HR processes at stores; * Generate discrepancy reports, time tracking records, absence entries, medical certificates, and monthly payroll closures; * Support, manage, and distribute employee benefits; * Administer onboarding, offboarding, termination formalization, overtime, and staff scheduling; * Oversee all HR processes at stores; * Listen to and advise employees, while supporting store managers and HR supervisors with store-level HR needs; * Assist with onboarding programs; * Support the organization of activities for special occasions; * Manage uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE); **Requirements and qualifications** **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed high school or undergraduate degree in HR. **Age requirement:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Proven experience handling HR department routines. Electronic time clock registration and management, onboarding, leave administration, contract termination, and benefits processing.
