**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Develop, monitor, and control the execution of the maintenance schedule across all industrial areas through planning, priority assessment, and identification of material, equipment, and human resource requirements.
* Ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule by executing work orders for disassembly, assembly, repairs, adjustments, calibrations, installations, adaptations, modifications, and improvements of machines, panels, MCCs, substations, instruments, and equipment.
* Contribute to reducing maintenance process costs by controlling expenses related to third-party services, replacement/acquisition of parts, components, and control panels—through internal fabrication/assembly of parts or by seeking market alternatives (cost vs. benefit).
* Evaluate the proper functioning of processes by organizing maintenance indices and monitoring scheduled inspections on machines and equipment.
* Support the Maintenance Planning department in developing the procurement program for materials, parts, tools, and equipment by establishing inventory levels based on monthly consumption and operational needs.
* Support the Maintenance Planning department in appropriately selecting service providers by identifying and evaluating technical capability, quality, adherence to deadlines, and other criteria.
* Continuously update knowledge regarding advancements in machine and equipment technology through participation in trade fairs, events, and visits to suppliers.
* Contribute to departmental planning and budgeting by analyzing maintenance indices, completed services, and future requirements.
* Maintain the department’s database and technical archive by managing drawings, general area information, and project documentation.
* Evaluate field maintenance services and ensure all maintenance records are properly documented and uploaded to the maintenance management system for closure.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.
* Knowledge of the industrial environment (preferably grain industry).
* Experience in people management.
* Skills and knowledge in management tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* SAP knowledge (desirable).
* Negotiation skills across departments for decision-making.
* Willingness to work in Nova Mutum (MT).
