Supporting and training colleagues, standardizing processes and quality Independently perform the most complex activities within the area of machine, equipment, and instrument control and monitoring, using the company's Integrated Operations Center computer system, and prepare daily reports focused on enhancing productivity and resolving equipment issues. Act as an agent for the development of other team members by providing support and training, aiming to standardize processes and ensure delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate the computer system that monitors the operation of machines, equipment, and field instruments, verifying equipment functionality to ensure productivity, quality, and safety. Execute production process control within your sector; Dose chemical inputs, if required in your sector; operate equipment, pumps, and other process units; Monitor maintenance activities on machines and equipment, implementing adjustments to the production process; Operate the industrial control system via networked computers; Operate mills, pumps, fermenters, heat exchangers, and other equipment comprising the sector; Conduct analysis and preparation of daily occurrence logs, equipment downtime records, production reports, and quality reports, aiming to identify deviations from production process standards and implement appropriate corrective actions; Interpret production orders and adjust machine and process parameters accordingly; Communicate information to other team members—both those working the same shift and others—verbally and in writing; Assess the condition of machines, equipment, parts, and tools used in the production process, identifying causes of equipment malfunction to facilitate necessary repairs; Contribute ideas for new operational methodologies and procedures to enhance and improve the production process; Measure chemical dosages and collect samples, if required; Read process parameters and record data in established checklists, reports, and forms; Monitor process quality, sanitation, and parameters; Collect samples for high-complexity physicochemical analyses; Perform tasks in confined spaces following NR-33 regulations; Accompany maintenance teams during equipment servicing; Carry out cleaning and organization of work areas; Perform tasks of equivalent complexity when requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Completed Technical Course; Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Orienteme; Galena; Wellhub; PPR (Profit Sharing Program); On-site Meals; Free Transportation.
