




Job Summary: Lead technical teams in the Manufacturing area, provide support for forestry operations, and ensure compliance with environmental policies and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on environmental standards and policies Work in the Manufacturing area, exercising technical leadership of the team; supporting forestry operations related to Controlled Wood, Forest Development, Forest Quality and Environmental Management, or Harvesting; conducting analysis, auditing, and monitoring of programs and processes, with emphasis on technical and administrative aspects of internal policies as well as national and international standards and legislation; overseeing employee training programs to disseminate processes, policies, and environmental standards, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** Exercise technical leadership of the team. Provide generalist or specialized support for forestry operations, covering two or more activities related to Controlled Wood, Forest Development, Forest Quality and Environmental Management, or Harvesting. Perform analysis, auditing, and monitoring activities for programs and processes within the area, focusing on technical and administrative aspects of internal policies and those defined by national and international standards and legislation, aiming to meet corporate requirements or legal obligations. Monitor employee training programs to disseminate processes, policies, and environmental standards. Perform general services to maintain cleanliness and organization at the headquarters and implement necessary structural improvements; Conduct surveillance, monitoring, and security across the property perimeter; Monitor personnel entry and, if necessary, prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the premises, as well as prohibit hunting and fishing on the property; Monitor and prevent forest fires; Perform maintenance on equipment and facilities; Oversee receipt of products, inputs, and other items; verify and store them in appropriate locations to preserve products according to requirements and instructions; Control incoming and outgoing materials and products from inventory/warehouse; Monitor field eucalyptus planting operations and report to the immediate supervisor as needed; Control application of products and inputs across work fronts to ensure correct dosages and quantities; Record daily consumption of products, inputs, and seedlings per planting block to manage inventory and consumption; Refuel agricultural machinery as required; Instruct and ensure that employees and service providers comply with environmental protection, occupational health, and safety requirements, and immediately report any observations or non-compliance to the immediate supervisor; Organize and control area materials, requesting replenishment when necessary to ensure resource availability; Assist in other area activities under supervision and guidance; Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor; Carry out job responsibilities respecting all organizational safety, health, and environmental procedures and standards, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities.
