Description: * Technical course in electrical engineering and/or related fields. * Start and stop the steam turbine according to operational procedures to ensure safe and efficient system operation; * Operate circuit breakers following specific protocols to ensure safe distribution of electrical energy; * Clean the turbine oil filter and the air-adiabatic system using appropriate tools to maintain operational efficiency of the systems; * Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and process flowcharts to perform maintenance and operation activities according to technical specifications; * Perform activities in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, using mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect everyone’s health and safety; * Carry out activities aligned with the company’s values and policies, maintaining confidentiality and focusing on organizational goals; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, promoting organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment; * Safeguard company property, reporting any issues or damages to the immediate supervisor; * Operate and maintain the compressed air generation system using technical procedures to ensure continuity and efficiency of compressed air supply; * Perform operation and maintenance of the compressed air generation system according to preventive and corrective maintenance protocols; * Conduct maintenance and calibration of industrial instruments to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability; * Operate the power plant to ensure continuous generation and distribution of electrical energy according to efficiency and safety standards; * Adjust and control generator demand to maintain stability and efficiency of power supply; * Operate the power plant, start and stop the steam turbine, operate circuit breakers, adjust and control generator demand, and clean the turbine oil filter and air-adiabatic system; * Conduct maintenance and calibration of industrial instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements and controls; * Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and process flowcharts to ensure correct execution of maintenance and operation activities; * Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and process flowcharts, applying experience in predictive and preventive maintenance to optimize operational efficiency. * Provide technical leadership to the team. 2512200202551929224
