While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor industrial equipment, controlling variables such as level, pressure, flow, and temperature, and recording data in control instruments to ensure process efficiency and safety. * Control process yield by continuously monitoring tank levels, temperatures, pressures, and equipment flow rates. * Assist in tracking and recording production results in specific control spreadsheets. * Record operational incidents and support raw material inventory control, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Provide support in basic boiler maintenance and its peripherals (such as piping, valves, gauges, instruments, and accessories), performing cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of small damaged parts that do not require specialized technical knowledge. * Check and record essential operational parameters in spreadsheets, such as temperature, consumption, water level, steam pressure, exhaust gases, and overall consumption. * Collect and participate in analyses of samples related to water quality, combustion air flow rates, and raw materials. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of areas and equipment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/HACCP) standards and process and inspection plans. * Record data related to biomass consumption and other chemicals used in the department, updating spreadsheets to monitor and maintain demand. * Commit to company policies, proposing improvements, and maintaining a clean and hygienic work area by complying with regulations and monitoring Critical Control Points (CCP), where applicable. * Strictly comply with internal safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * High school diploma. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). * Proven prior experience in an industrial environment. * **Desirable:** Experience operating boilers or working in utilities. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Our benefits include:** * Medical and dental insurance * Meal allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private pension plan (BungePrev, with company contribution) * Life insurance * Transportation allowance (Transportation voucher, parking, or shuttle service) * Pharmacy discount program * Childcare assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) (Based on achievement of goals and results) * "Count on us" Program — Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents.
