Description: The Relationship Agent is responsible for establishing and maintaining continuous and effective contact with cooperative members, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include: * Responding to and resolving requests from cooperative members, providing accurate support and information about products and services. * Conducting follow-up with cooperative members to ensure their needs have been met and identifying opportunities for improvement. * Maintaining detailed records of interactions with cooperative members. * Identifying and reporting recurring or critical issues, collaborating with other teams to find effective solutions. * Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies. * Proposing improvements to customer service processes based on received feedback and industry best practices. * Assisting in the development and implementation of relationship strategies aimed at increasing satisfaction and loyalty among cooperative members.
