Main Responsibilities Execute tax routines for a client portfolio, focusing on calculation and compliance. Perform tax calculations according to the applicable tax regime (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and/or Lucro Real – depending on the portfolio): ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, withholding taxes, and other applicable taxes. Prepare, review, and submit ancillary obligations, as applicable to each client: SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI), EFD Contributions, DCTF/DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, GIA, DeSTDA, DEFIS, PGDAS-D, and other obligations required by municipalities/states. Review fiscal documents (inbound/outbound), CFOP codes, CST/CSOSN classifications, NCM codes, tax bases, tax rates, and withholdings. Support the issuance and validation of payment slips and fiscal deadline controls/calendars. Provide technical support to clients, clarifying tax-related questions and advising on best practices for document issuance/parameterization. Contribute to process reviews and improvements, standardization of checklists, and prevention of rework. Support audit requests, inspections, regularization procedures, and certificate issuance, when necessary. Coordinate with Accounting, Payroll, and other departments to align information and complete monthly closings. Requirements Degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Financial Management, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed). Prior experience in tax routines within an accounting office (client portfolio and high-volume environment). Practical knowledge of tax legislation and tax calculation (especially ICMS/ISS/PIS/COFINS). Experience with ancillary obligations and deadline compliance. Familiarity with accounting/fiscal software and Excel (for controls, reviews, and reports). Organized, analytical profile, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills. Desirable Qualifications (Preferred) Experience with Lucro Real and more complex companies. Experience with tax substitution, differential tax rates (DIFAL), withholdings, and state/municipal-specific peculiarities. Advanced knowledge of fiscal parameterization (CST/CSOSN, CFOP, NCM) and resolution of inconsistencies. Experience providing consultative client support and reviewing internal processes. Routine and Deliverables Monthly tax closing for the client portfolio (calculation + obligation submissions). Review and validation of fiscal invoices and ledgers/reports.
