Clear communication among customers, banks, and the team The Financing Assistant provides operational support and customer service throughout the real estate financing process, ensuring document organization, efficiency in procedures, and excellence in customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct service to customers and partners, supplying information on process status and documentation; * Receive, review, organize, and track documents related to financing; * Monitor deadlines and process stages with financial institutions; * Maintain updated and organized physical and digital files; * Support the issuance of digital certificates and other required documents; * Ensure clear communication among customers, banks, and the internal team. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate market; * Experience in real estate financing processes is a plus; * Knowledge of issuing digital certificates/notarial services is a plus; * Strong organizational and document control skills; * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Financial Management, Business Processes, Law, or related fields.
