Opportunity to assist in the Information Technology area **Position: IT Assistant** We are seeking an **IT Assistant** to support the company's technological operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of platforms and providing support to employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support to users of the company's internal platform; * Generate and organize reports according to departmental requirements; * Manage corporate emails; * Create, control, and update access permissions for platforms and systems; * Conduct platform training sessions for employees; * Computer formatting and configuration; * Assist with general tasks in the Information Technology area. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or technical program in Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields); * Basic knowledge of computer science and systems; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proactivity and ability to learn quickly. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technical support or user assistance; * Familiarity with corporate platforms and systems.
