Deliver training sessions and interpret environmental legislation **Description:** Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and/or related fields. Conduct field environmental inspections and audits (in APP areas, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Waste Central, stormwater networks, containment structures, and selective waste collection) using the Qualiex software to identify potential environmental impacts in operational and administrative departments; Accompany visits by environmental consultants, clarify doubts, and align on environmental matters to ensure compliance with legal requirements; Request procurement of services/materials by entering required needs into the system, thereby generating purchasing demands for services/materials to the Supply Department; Participate in internal and external audits, providing appropriate guidance and documentation/demonstrations on environmental documents/topics, aiming at continuous development and improvement of the management system; Upload documents and spreadsheets to environmental management platforms; Monitor temporary storage and disposal of hazardous waste to the environment, ensuring proper storage and subsequent disposal at authorized facilities, thereby guaranteeing appropriate final disposal; Respond to governmental agency inspections by accompanying inspectors during site visits and providing requested information, aiming to maintain positive relationships and transparency with regulatory agencies; Deliver training on departmental procedures, educating employees on regulations and best practices, thereby contributing to enhancing employee competence regarding environmental matters; Interpret environmental standards, ordinances, and legislation, evaluating their applicability to company activities and keeping departments updated; Monitor analysis results required by SEMA (atmospheric emissions, surface water, effluents, and sewage), reviewing parameter values to comply with current legal requirements; Support the development of the Sustainability Report by gathering necessary information and participating in meetings, thereby demonstrating to stakeholders the sustainability initiatives implemented by the company; Seek to reduce environmental impacts generated by company activities through environmental management, waste-related guidance, implementation of technologies, and employee training and capacity building; Accompany technical plant visits for documentation purposes, when necessary, for dissemination; Monitor groundwater well operations, conduct environmental inspections on stormwater networks, and monitor chlorine application in drinking water as stipulated in the Water Resources Program, to meet applicable legal requirements and environmental conditions set forth in Operating Licenses; Perform job responsibilities while adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities; promptly reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing risks to one’s own health or that of colleagues; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly report any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. 2511280202191891241
