Development and continuous improvement of the management system **Description:** Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and/or related fields. Conduct field environmental inspections and audits (in APP areas, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Waste Central, stormwater networks, containment structures, selective collection) using the Qualiex software to identify potential environmental impacts in operational and administrative sectors; Accompany environmental consultants during site visits, clarifying doubts and aligning on environmental matters to ensure compliance with legal requirements; Request procurement of services/materials by registering needs in the system to generate purchasing demands for the Supply Department; Participate in internal and external audits, providing appropriate guidance and documentation demonstrations regarding environmental documents/matters to support the development and continuous improvement of the management system; Upload documents and spreadsheets to environmental management platforms; Monitor temporary storage and disposal of hazardous waste, ensuring proper storage and subsequent disposal at authorized locations to guarantee appropriate final destinations; Respond to governmental agency inspections, accompanying inspectors during site visits and providing requested information to foster positive relationships and transparency with regulatory bodies; Deliver training on departmental procedures, equipping employees with knowledge of regulations and best practices, thereby contributing to workforce competence in environmental matters; Interpret environmental standards, ordinances, and legislation, assessing their applicability to company activities and keeping departments updated; Monitor analytical results required by SEMA (atmospheric emissions, surface water, effluents, and sewage), reviewing parameter values to comply with current legal requirements; Support preparation of the Sustainability Report by gathering necessary information and participating in meetings to demonstrate the company's sustainability initiatives to stakeholders; Seek reduction of environmental impacts generated by company activities through environmental management, waste guidance, technology implementation, and employee training and capacity building; Accompany technical plant visits for documentation purposes, when required, for promotional use; Monitor water intake wells, conduct environmental inspections on stormwater networks, and monitor chlorine application in drinking water per the Water Resources Program to meet applicable legal requirements and environmental conditions stipulated in Operating Licenses; Perform job duties in strict adherence to all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures established by the organization, consistently using all mandatory PPE required for the position and department. Responsible for immediately reporting to the direct supervisor any activity posing risks to personal or colleagues' health; Carry out responsibilities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while safeguarding confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline within the 5S program, promoting workplace safety through organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. 2511280202191891241
