Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Assist in maintaining technology equipment, including Rub equipment. * Train store replenishment teams and others on equipment usage, as well as basic networking and systems knowledge. * Develop computer programs according to specifications provided by the IT analyst. * Provide support to the cashier front-line team in case of system issues, collaborating with Corporate IT to resolve problems promptly and avoid operational downtime. * Open and monitor service tickets to resolve system-related issues. * Provide assistance for equipment and accessory failures, opening service tickets for complex cases. * Support IT technicians during various tasks (e.g., installation or repairs). * Submit service tickets requesting replacement or purchase of store equipment and accessories. * Perform system updates at the store, when requested. * Basic knowledge of networking and systems; familiarity with the Linux operating system.
