Part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments **Job Title: Facility Maintenance Assistant** **Location:** Lucas do Rio Verde, M**T** **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in performing corrective and preventive electrical maintenance on machinery and equipment, analyzing identified issues, repairing or replacing components, conducting tests, and releasing equipment under normal operating conditions. * Assist in implementing new or minor layout modifications to building electrical installations, and temporary power and lighting connections for portable equipment, testing devices, civil construction equipment, and various machines. * Assist in responding to emergency corrective maintenance requests for utility area equipment, identifying and correcting system defects and anomalies. **Job Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent; Required knowledge in: plumbing, civil construction, painting, and ceiling repairs **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Why CBRE?** By joining CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments — a firm that helps businesses and people thrive.
