





The Intern Back Office position is primarily responsible for assisting in the administrative and operational activities of the company, ensuring the smooth functioning of internal processes. The professional will act strategically and proactively, contributing to the efficiency and organization of the work environment. * Monitor the cycle, staying informed about products available in stock to take actions. * Assist in achieving the targets set by the Franchisor and Franchise. * Pursue minimum performance indicators such as revenue and activity. * Support the Revendedor team at the Service Center. * Monitor performance indicators. * Monitor cycle closing, helping achieve 100% activity rate within the Revendedor team. * Answer phone calls. * Register new Revendedores and maintain updated data in the system. * Receive completed order forms and enter them into the system. * Provide high-quality service to Revendedores at the Service Center. * Guide the Revendedores. * Formally communicate Franchisor directives and internal franchise rules to Revendedores and ensure understanding. * Encourage Revendedores' participation in Cycle Meetings, trainings, and events. * Assist in organizing Cycle Meetings to convey cycle strategies. * Request referrals for new Revendedores. * Handle exchanges, missing items, partial or full returns, and answer inquiries. * Conduct registration checks for new Revendedores (SPC and SERASA). * Read daily communications sent by the Franchisor and Operator. * File received documents. * Archive delivery receipts signed by the Revendedor. * Request work materials for field team use.
