Job Summary: Responsible for loading/unloading processes, autonomous machine operation, quality control, safety, productivity, and training of personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomous operation of equipment and process control. 2. Guidance and development of area personnel. 3. Guarantee of productivity, quality, and safety. Responsible for the loading/unloading processes of goods. Operate machines and equipment with full autonomy and verify process control, quality, and safety through interpretation of technical reports, thereby ensuring departmental productivity and profitability. Aim for process efficiency and achievement of targets. Act as an agent for the development of other area personnel by providing support and training to standardize processes and ensure delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for loading and unloading of goods with full autonomy to sustain production processes; * Handle goods in trucks and railcars, including special cargo; * Monitor service quality through report interpretation, tracking and recording relevant performance indicators; * Operate loading and unloading equipment; * Guide and delegate shift tasks to Loading Operators I and II in the operations department, always under supervision of supervisors; * Provide guidance to other area professionals, offering support to ensure process standardization; * Ensure operation of departmental equipment, track working hours, and perform preventive maintenance to optimize departmental organization; * Responsible for ethanol dispatch in constant coordination with the Operations Supervisor; * Connect pipelines to cargo loading facilities; * Maintain communication control—issuing, receiving, and verifying messages; notifying and requesting transport, loading, and unloading information, authorizations, and instructions—thus streamlining the logistics process involved in production; * Ensure proper functioning of field machinery and instruments via the computer system that controls and monitors these devices, thereby guaranteeing dispatched volumes, quality, and safety; * Guide less-experienced staff; * Dose high-complexity chemical inputs in the production process; * Operate pumps and other process units with full autonomy; * Conduct high-complexity physicochemical analyses; * Ensure compliance with current safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations; * Perform job-related activities in accordance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental procedures and standards, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for this position and department; responsible for immediately reporting to the direct supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; * Carry out duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, consistently focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance, Health insurance plan, Dental insurance plan, Orienteme—Online therapy platform, Galena—Online learning platform, Wellhub (Gympass)—Gym assistance, Chartered transportation, On-site meals, and Profit-sharing program (PPR).
