Focus on organizational values, policies, and goals Perform general carpentry tasks, including cutting and assembling, installing and repairing wooden components to fabricate structures or parts for buildings, projects, and sets, or carry out maintenance thereof. **Responsibilities and Duties** Fabricate truck bodies, wooden devices for agricultural machinery, gates, and other items as needed; fabricate furniture, cabinets, and other wooden utensils when necessary; Maintain workplace cleanliness in accordance with occupational health and safety standards; Perform other duties inherent to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor; Carry out job-related activities while strictly adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental procedures and regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and departmental tasks; responsible for promptly reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Uphold the 5S program discipline, aiming for safe work through sustained organization, standardization, and workplace cleanliness; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and report any issues or damage detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Literacy; Prior experience in the field is desirable; **Additional Information** Meal allowance; Health insurance plan (Unimed); Dental insurance plan; Chartered transportation; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub; Galena; Orienteme; On-site meals.
