Job Summary: Lead SSMA management in industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and promoting a safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. SSMA indicator management, reporting, and preventive actions **Job Description:** ---------------------- Act as SSMA leader in industrial construction projects, coordinating occupational safety technicians (TSTs) and work fronts; develop the team and ensure adherence to corporate safety standards; manage SSMA indicators, prepare reports, and propose preventive actions; interface with contractors, engineering, and project management; participate in Safety Design reviews to ensure risk mitigation in engineering; lead and/or support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions; monitor action plans from audits, risk analyses, and compliance assessments; ensure compliance with legal regulations and corporate SSMA requirements; promote a safety culture on construction sites and ensure safe execution of critical activities; perform other duties relevant to the position. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Specialization in Occupational Safety; Relevant work experience; General knowledge of legislation and NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards); Project management and FEL methodology. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Basic English and Spanish; Familiarity with MOC (Management of Change); Willingness to travel. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Salary negotiable; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Life Insurance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- GAP GESTAO AMBIENTAL E PROJETOS LTDA
