Join Nexa and be part of mining that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate shotcrete teams and activities in the mine operation; * Manage and monitor quality and cost indicators related to shotcrete application activities; * Monitor and ensure implementation of processes aimed at fostering a positive Organizational Climate within your area of responsibility; * Ensure compliance with and dissemination of the integrated HSE&Q policy—Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality—adopted by the organization; * Collaborate with HR Management to follow up on and evaluate selection, training, and motivation processes for team members based on OHI surveys; * Oversee concrete production at the concrete batching plant **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mining; * Experience in underground mining operations; * Experience in people management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
